Refund Policy

Effective Date: 8th August, 2012

 

At SolCredence, we are committed to providing high-quality consultancy services. However, as we offer professional advisory and intellectual services, refunds are only applicable under certain conditions:

 

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only considered for services that have not yet commenced.

  • If a customer cancels a service at least 7 days before the scheduled start, they may be eligible for a refund, minus administrative charges.

  • Once the consultation or workshop session has started or materials have been shared, no refunds will be issued.

 

Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service at enquiry@solcreden.com with your order details and reason for the request. Each case will be evaluated individually.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products (e.g. downloadable resources, templates, etc.) are non-refundable.

  • Success-based fees or retainer-based agreements are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed contract.
