Doreen Khoo has been a Business and Management Consultant for more than 10 years. She has experience in helping both Multi-national corporations and Small Medium Enterprises to expand vertically and horizontally.
She has been dealing with clients with company size from more than RM 10 millions to RM 200 millions and has helped companies not only to expand within Malaysia but up to 8 countries.
Lee Eng Eow
Mr Lee Eng Eow is a Chartered Accountant. He has more than 24 years of experience in internal/external audits, tax planning, share valuation, GST & accounting and corporate secretarial matters. He was previously the Audit Principle in Deloitte Malaysia. He has been the Audit Principal in Singapore and Malaysia. He has extensive audit experience in Public Listed companies and Multi-nationals.
He also has extensive experience in financial due diligence reviews (including share valuation) in connection with takeover of public listed companies and private limited companies, applications to relevant authorities such as the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Foreign Investment Committee and Bank Negara for licences, tax incentives, shares restructuring, investment abroad and various approvals.

Dato’ Eric Tai Lim Ping is the Strategic Business Consultant for SolCredence Business Mgmt specialized in accelerating business growth and developing franchise system.
He is also the shareholder and previously the GM cum Finance Director of Nelson Group. He is also the Council Member and ex-Deputy Treasurer of MRCA (Malaysia Retail Chain Association) and the governing committee member for The Retail and Food & Beverages (F&B) Productivity Nexus.

With over 9 years’ experience in the financial services industry Allan has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of advice, funds management and financial services compliance.
Currently partner of Fundnel, a regulated market operator in Singapore and Malaysia which has total value of deals launched on platform exceeding USD1.8bn to date since 2015.
Jacky Chan
Mr. Jacky Chan is a Chartered Accountant and his professional experience has been in the fields of accounting, audit, taxation, company secretary, merger and acquisition, corporate strategy, share structure planning.
Previously, he served as a Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer of YYC Holdings Sdn Bhd. He also served as other position in the YYC Group such as Corporate Strategy, Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Director and Tax Advisory Director.
Currently he is one of the founder of Great CFO, an accounting and advisory firm with 5 offices at Klang Valley. In his experience, He has completed more than 20 M&A Deals and successfully helped his clients get financing of more than RM10million.
